word to your mother.
I went on a houseboat over the weekend and caught a lot of fish, and a crab. Woohoo. It's funny going away with a whole bunch of Christians. I don't think God was at the forefront of my mind, and I don't think he was some of the other people's highest priority either. Consequently there was some bickering gossiping and stupidness. No wonder paul had to write all those letters telling the early churches to play nice.

Anyways other than a few little issues, I had a great time and learned a lot about myself. I stayed up heaps late with tim fishing, and had late night medicine fetching adventures.

So who is keen for february? I am!

* Youth group starts back up
* I go to japan for 3 weeks
* The month is a nice, round 4 weeks. No more, no less.
* <3

That last point was a cheap filler, but I haven't blogged for a while so I am out of practise.

My brother got back from his shirelive camp last week, and apparently it was pretty good. He was talking to me yesterday about praying in tongues. It was a pretty funny conversation (as every conversation with dee usually is) but it was also a really nice one to be having. All the stuff I hear about shirelive and how they teach people to pray in tongues sounds pretty whack. Maybe I'm getting tainted second hand information. I think I need to actually go to an AOG church for a while to understand the context in which I hear these stories.

What's everyone doing on friday afternoon from about 3:30ish?
