money = money - lots;
Me and connie are up in noosa with my dad for a holiday over the Christmas break, which is nice. We drove up to byron on boxing day and stayed there the night, then went on to the sunshine coast in the morning. We stayed at this crazy tent park near ballina (which is like 15 mins form byron) and had dinner at a pizza restaurant. It was pretty average to be honest. So uh... don't get pizza in ballina, because it sux. The water at byron bay is amazing. So clear, and not huge waves. We went for an early morning swim though, which is the best time of the day for beaches, but it was just so clear and so nice.

Once we arrived at my dad's house in doonan (near noosa) we pretty much just hung around and chatted, ate some antipasto and went to sleep, since we wanted to wake early and go to hervey bay. The next day we drove for a couple of hours and ended up at the block of land my dad owns in a place called river heads, near hervey bay. They are starting to build a house there as well, and eventually they want to move there. Anyways me and connie had our eye on the block next door to his as an investment property, and we checked it out, made an offer and bought it. :O so we're officially broke now.

Actually all that happened over a few days, but we signed the contract this morning, in in a couple of days we should be the proud new owners of a block of land at river heads. We don't think we'll move there for at least five years, maybe more. It's a really nice area though, close to fraser island and the best bit is that our block is waterfront and we have views of the great sandy strait and fraser island. It's really nice. I'll post a picture that we took from the block up here when I get them off dad's camera.

Nothing much else has been going on, I've just been preparing stuff for werrifest and hanging out with my dad. Me and connie are now very happy, but very poor.

over and out.

/me flies north for the summer
Wells, this week has been a rollercoaster. I had a great night on (I think it was wednesday?) when I went to dulwich hill skate park after work by myself and skated around for a bit, then went to connie's nonno's house. That was k-rad. Then Christmas eve was crapsticks. Today has been awesome though. I got cool guitar related rpessies off connie, and a Dr J singlet off mum, and lots of cash money and vouchers. Mum gave us a tree as well :D Very cool.

Lots of people seem to be all "Christmas sux" this year. I think I was a bit like that until I went to church this morning. Church was awesome. It kicked my ass back into the right mood for the season. Lots of carols and singing and communion and stuff. Lots of friendly faces and well wishers.

Anyways tomorrow me and connie leave for QLD. I hope your Christmas was as good as mine, and if it wasn't then here's something to cheer you up.
