YAWN!
today was basically just a housework day, although I did manage to watch hellboy at last. It wasn't too bad actually. I thought it'd be crapsticks, but it suprised me. The characters weren't too cliche, the story was interesting and the bad guys were pretty crazy. The only anticlimax was the 'last boss'. It's kinda like FF7 when you defeat sephroth and then you're like "WTF? is that it? emerald weapon has been kicking my ass six was from sunday and this retard can't even withstand a few knights of the round"

In other news, I wanna go to harlem and play basketball at rucker park. You reckon I'd get beat up? Pinch and a punch for the first day of the month yo.

yeaaaaaaaaah this is killing meeeeee
Good basketball game today. We whupped some ass. I got a steal off an inbound and jacked up a three that somehow went in. It was so flukey.

After basketball I went for a skate at cherrybrook with chenny but forgot that I was supposed to be at the in-laws for dinner (curse my feeble mind). I got to dinner late, but we spent half an hour hanging out and talking anyway. Also I got lots of pasta from connie's mum to eat this week! Mmmmmmm!

change is good as a holiday

it's still got a little way to go before it's completely finsihed but I'm planning on adding some more colour at some point. So anyway, what's up with you? Ah that's good! Me? I'm fine.

Today something interesting happened at work. We had a fire and the server room was flooded by sprinklers. So basically I did nothing til 1pm whern the internet came back. I think we had a backup of the net somewhere on floppy disk, but no one could find it.

I played basketball and we drew. TIE GAME!?!?!?!? It was ok, but we so choked. We were up by 10ish with 10 mins to go. I nearly lost us the game as well, because allegedly pushing someone on a fast break is an "unsportsman-like foul" pfft.

put my deck together tonight too, it's pink, but bunny says that that doesn't make me any less a man, and I'm inclined to agree.

Walkin in a winter wonderland...

Friday::
left ruthy and stace sleeping on the futon, and skated to work at the ungodly hour of 7:30am. I got to work by 8 and was sitting in an empty office by myself practically. I got to leave early though for my efforts and met up with chenny at the station and raced home to leave for THE SNOW.

We went straight through to cooma where we stopped for pizza and a skate. Chenny dropped in on vert (crazy thing to try) and didn't kill himself. Got to the snow late, chenny stayed with cat and coggo in berridale. Fatman was giving me SMS updates of the womens basketball semi finals throughout the night. The best one I got was (paraphrased slightly): "Ch7 has barred coverage for roy and hg. Switching to abc radio" then "sue bird is still hot on radio".

Saturday::
snow snow revolution. Cat hurt herself on the first run of the day and then again mid morning so she was out of action by lunch. She actually had to get strechered down the run because she couldn't snowboard it. I carried her board down zali's, and at the bottom this dude says "woah you're too good for one board so you're trying with two?" and the lifties thought I'd stolen it... nubcaeks.

I barred skating at night time and fell asleep at 8pm. I Woke at 11 to watch the womens basketball gold medal match, and got cut when we lost, then fell back asleep.

Sunday::
Today was great. I boarded with connie and chenny in the morning. Tried some nosegrabs and got painfully close. Connie improved heaps and was doing blacks comfortably. Although it was accelerator, which is more of a hard blue. Anyways she pwned it up.

At the end of the day I tried snowboarding unclipped and made it all the way from perisher to smiggens riding with one foot in the binding. It was cool :D I also did a run of smiggens unclipped but I didn't go as well.

We stopped off at jindy on the way home and I got some POW stickers and a new skateboard deck (with free grip tape) it was stupendous.
