Stankyness
This morning the train was real crowded, but I manged to get the last "2 seat" on the bottom level to myself somehow :O. I kicked back and started listening to some music when this old lady sat next to me. Actually, that's slightly inaccurate, because she had half her ass on top of my leg. I was like "How the hell does this lady not fit on the seat, she's not that big" but yeah, I was stuck in this gross predicament from lidcombe to about stanmore (12 mins), getting dirty looks from her every 2-3 mins when she farted on me!!! At least I'm pretty sure it was her. I didn't hear it, but the evidence was more than clear. What's worse is, she then swivelled slightly to face the front of the carriage instead of being at a 45 degree angle, and she plopped down into the seat not touching me. I was like GRRRRRR! Because I felt bad we couldn't both fit ont he seat, but it was because she was facing a weird angle and taking up like 2/3 of it. What a start to the day.

After work BBB people were meant to be coming over, but only stace and ruthy made it in the end. Which is pretty cool anyways because it was nice just to chill out and catch up with them. We ate japanese (for the second night in a row) and headed back to my house to watch the olympics. America won everything :\ but ruthy and stace liked the draft render of my movie that I have done, so it wasn't all bad. Plus the company was good. Connie's suggestions have really made the movie a lot better. Being married is great for lots of reasons :D

I watched some futurama while everyone was asleep because sleep is for the weak, then crashed out. Early start tomorrow as well, so eek! 5 hours sleep :D

gyudon!
I had japanese food with bunny, chenny, minh, tris, connie and linda last night... and they had gyudon :D I made them cook an egg in with it for me too :D it was yum. After such a grand feast we all went to K at pandora's box. It was quite fun, although their song selection is lacking. I did the girl part to "tonight I celebrate my love for you" and linda did the guy bit. I kept looking through the songs thinking "if only that was lucky star by alex lloyd" and "if only that was girlfriend by antiskeptic" and "if only that was creep by radiohead". People aren't very original with song titles.

The highlight of my night however, was being one of the first people ever to scab a lift home with bunny. Truly, it was a historical moment. I haven't heard from her since though, so I hope she got home ok... I think I told them a confusing way back to strathfield :O

off the heezay!
Woo! I got my and1 tickets today, I'm sitting three rows from the front and around mid court, hooray!

My back was still sore today from a skating injury that I'm pretty sure I forgot to mention in saturday's entry. Basically I just twisted it and so I have limited mobility at the moment. I skipped basketball because of it (apparently we lost) and did some less strenuous stuff instead. I got some knee high socks from the nike factory sale, and went and visited my in laws. They gave me pizza :D

The rest of the night was spent playing tribes with phil, and putting together the film. I got to bed pretty late :(

Free? I'll take two.
Woke up to a phone call asking why I wasn't in sutherland. My actors had arranged a filming session but I didn't know because an sms got lost in transition somewhere. I piled out of bed and drove over there half asleep. We filmed for a couple of hours and then upon packing up dee said he needed a lift to the BBB reunion I was going to, and could I also take three other guys. So the five of us drove from sutho to my house and picked up connie, then made our way to the BBB reunion. It was quite fun, even though it rained half the time. Only one of my kids showed up though, which is a bit lame. Towards the end of the afternoon we saw the triple M scab mobile things (freqs?) and went over and got free magazines and coke. I don't usually drink coke, but this one tasted extra nice, because it was free.

Tagged along with some people to the parramatta church in the night time which was ok. I was really tired and not in the mood for socialising much, so we went home early and crashed out to sleep. The DVDs were a big hit, but we made way too many :\ Oh bitter irony!!!

BOOOOOOOOOO! you're DANGEROUS!
It's interesting reading everyone else's blogs about today before writing my own... of course me being uber busy at the moment with filming, I have no time for blogging so I'm days behind, and thus get to read what everyone else thought of certain events before I write my perspective.

The day started nicely with a 2pm sleep in. I was still pretty tired though and spent the next hour cramming in about 2 hours worth of "things I had to do today" before I had to leave for filming. Consequently I was a half hour late, but we got it all done pretty quickly and the guys seemed to like the draft edit I'd done so hooray. I think I really miss phil's artisitc direction though. I'm not really that good with it yet, and in the last two films he was awesome with that stuff (come back to sydney dude!).

I drove home and got to mark's uber late. They'd already played out some of the DDR olympics you can read about here, here and here. I joined in for a few rounds, but I was pretty outclassed. It was kinda like another "warcraft 3" scenario where everyone overestimates my ability at something to get me to feel good about doing it. I think I'd rather just choose to do it, knowing that I'm going to suck from the outset. It's more realistic that way. Shelle is an absolute machine, so it was nice to watch someone owning. Gus is no slouch either, and apparently yuki is really good as well. If it was still 1999, and we lived in america, we could make a DDR clan. If we did, I reckon we should call it "Groove Thang". We could all grow afros and refuse to play any songs that don't have soul. We'd probably be defeated in the area final by the 14 year old singaporean girl squad called "kawaii! ^_^" or something.

I split earlyish from the dancing with chenny to go see antiskeptic. It was way way way way way worth it. They played well, and I ran into a guy I know from BBB. Good fun all round really. I also bought a jacket, which I needed badly. Chenny and myself stopped off at summer hill on the way home to go for a skate. It was nice. Good grinds, and I started to learn how to do manuals. Very fun. We got fresh bread rolls afterwards at the weird bakery too, for the drive home. The baker didn't think I was homeless this time though.
