I left my heart in san diego
Isn't it just mad when you have a slow week, then a week's worth of stuff goes down in one day? Not really huh :D Anyways today was whack. It started this monring when some guy on the train platform turns to me and says "the jews a pretty weird, but they are heavy duty hey?". I have to say thats one of the most rondom questions I've ever been asked.
Got to work and did the peon thing for a while (work work). Then at about 12 I found out there was a chance I might be going to san diego next week for a convention :o I was so excited. My boss said there was a meeting scheduled for 3pm to see who would go. I totally couldn't work for the next three hours I was just thinking about how awesome it would be to go :D So they had their meeting and it turns out they weren't sending me. I resolved myself to singing sad songs that night with the K crew at greenbox.
After work I went with minh to ichi bon bashi yo mumma japanese restaurant. We got free parking because I managed to hax the marking meter into accepting coins, but spitting them back out and counting the credit. Hooray-a for me. Bunny and chenny and neal were at the jap restaurant when we got there, and minh's sis elizabeth joined us after a little while. I had some fried chicken thing that was pretty mad... but I'm totally getting ramen next time. We finished eating and went to K. It was a pretty nice sesh, though I think neal felt a bit uncomfortable for some reason. Maybe he's not a fan of pop music. He did do an awesome geek version of badtouch.
Minh drove me home after K. He's such a champion.

DVD is good for me.
I spent the free time I had today learning to make DVDs. I installed some software, it crashed, I loaded it up again and worked a bit, it crashed, I loaded it up again, crash load, crash, load crash. Eventually I had a DVD of the BBB short films done. It took 2 hours to burn so I ran out of time to test it, but I'm fairly sure somethign would have gone wrong. I'll pop it in the PS2 for a test drive tonight. I really like the menu I made, it looks cool.

moaned D:
Convincingly beaten in basketball today. It was a hillarious game though. Apart from that, Not much is going on. I think I need to go to K again. I've picked out a couple of new songs to learn on guitar, but one of them looks too hard, so maybe I'll replace it. If anyone has any suggestions of songs to learn plz to be commenting in the space provided. This weekend should be awesome if everything goes according to plan!

coz I must be some kind of sub-standard star...
I got a message from dee after work to come to bar broadway and watch him film his film clip... so anyways I rocked up and turns out they needed extras, so now I'm in it. Hooray-a for me :D I hope it gets on rage or something. Although being an extra means you probably wont even be able to tell that it's me... it'll be like my shoe or something. Still, that doesn't matter because I'll know it's me.
I raced home about 9 to go to basketball for the late game. I got there 5 mins late, so I was cold as with my shooting, but our team went pretty well. We won by two points :D

Thredwoe is better?
Well... back from my weekend of snowboarding. It was hectic but awesome. I drove the whole way there and back because my passenger (mr chen) is unable to drive due to chronic laziness. Our car, and hoa's car both dined with phil in canberra on the way down at a malaysian restaurant, but not before 30 mins of wondering around figuring out what to eat. We stopped for a skate after that at berridale, and I'm happy to say we both balls-ed up and rode down this massive roll-in that looked really huge and scary. Our last stop on the journey was in jindabyne at rebel waiting for the girls in hoa's car to get hire. They took a long time because rebel are inefficient and colour coordination had to be obtained.
The saturday was a disaster in terms of getting to the snow. We left late due to a 2:30AM bedtime the night before, and it really showed in terms of traffic. We waited like 15 mins at the national park gates in traffic, which is totally bizarre. I've never seen perisher so busy. We had to park at smiggens because the perisher carpark was full, and so was the road from perisher to smiggens. So many people around. We got onto the snow about 11am and had a nice slightly-more-than-half-a-day boarding. Me and chenny snowboarded 3/4 of the way back to the car from perisher at the end of the day before hoa came and picked us up :)
that night we had to wait an hour for take away pizza, before crashing to bed.
The next day we were up at 6:30 and packed and ready to go. Connie, Chenny and myself were on the slopes by 9:30 which was nice, and we bumped into adam reitsma of BIT fame and snowbaorded with him in the morning. It was a cruisey day apart from the occasional fall off a jump. We met up at 4pm to go home, and I accidently bought traditional sarsperilla instead of traditional raspberry :( sarsperilla is gross by the way.
Chenny and myself stopped off at cooma for a skate on the way home. He tried dropping in on a quater pipe and made it to the bottom but it wasn't the cleanest of drop-ins :D Anyways all up it was a nice weekend with some quality people. I even ran into my cousin on the slopes :D
