saturday:
Some of the triple B leaders came over to plan some stuff with connie. I pretty much just sat around. There's nothing to do. I did finsih a flash animation for ausns though, and mucked around with photoshop. I might try and design some anonymous gift cheesy merchandise for blackstump.

I was going to see shrek 2 tonight but I really couldn't be bothered.

Friday
Someone actually chatted to me on the train. It was really nice. Normally people just sit around looking bored or reading or something. Anyways after work I went to the aquatic centre with zion to visit dudes. It was fun, we spent the whole time just going round and round the whirly thing. My toenail got ripped off finally (not in the water luckily that would be gross), so my foot feels more normal now, although at the time it hurt like hell. One of my little zion dudes got kicked out of the pool by this pool nazi dude for being a little hooligan. Not much else going on really. I just been chillaxing. Filming is set for sunday :D should be good..

bling bling.
There is a new shopping centre at westfield. I went after work with connie to check it out and do the grocery shopping. It's pretty cool - nice and new and clean and stuff. I picked up an electronic shaver for myself, so no more excuses to stay facially covered. Unless I'm like samson or something. *breaks down walls of stone*

I cooked dinner and chilled out for the night, it's been a very relaxing week. I'm sure I'll have somethign to talk about soon, all my spare non chillaxing time atm is preparing for the filming im doing with zion on the weekend. We're making a movie.

y helo thar keke ^_^;;
Tonight I went to karaoke with bunny linda and mikey. Such an all star cast (other than me). Those guys are probably 3 of the best 5 people I've ever been to K with. It was fun, no one was taking it too seriously so there was some trash talking between lyrics and stuff. Bunny bought this orange egg thing for $10 that didn't really do anything, and apparently henceforth all monetary transactions in her life will now be measured in terms of orange egg things. So if you were to say to her "Do you want to go see a movie?" she would likely reply with "I could get an orange egg thing for that much money".

After karaoke we went to korean, and then icecream. I think I over ate. No more food for me for a month or so... If I was a camel my hump would be full of chocolatey brownie goodness for the next 30 days.

I'm a creep, I'm a weirdo
I started teaching myself guitar tonight. I was looking at the chord teacher internet thingy thinking "how the crap am I going to be able to bend my hand like that?" but after a while it started to come together nicely. I can kinda play creep now, but my chord changes are really slow, because it's not natural for me yet. Still, better than when I first got home and was just staring at the guitar wondering how I make it sound good.

Basketball was ok, we kinda got owned in the first half. Me and chenny both took our allotted subs in the first half, and while our team was guard depleted the other guys went on a bit of a rampage scoring 29 unanswered points. How embarassment. I find the tuesday comp hillarious. We have one of the biggest, most athletic teams in the comp, yet we can't seem to bring it together very well. Still, it's only our first season playing together.

Fisticuffs
Work is work is work.
After work there was basketball :D I didn't really feel like going too much because my arms and legs were burning from snowboarding. I felt like I couldn't possibly make the distance for jumpshots but I went anyways out of commitment to the TEAM. I got there late and subbed straight in cold. Managed to airball a freethrow and do pretty much nothing good in the first half. The second half went better, everyone was playing heaps well, sinking a lot of jumpshots. The other team got scared and started getting angry and playing harder because we were catching up. Fatman copped an elbow to the nose and had to go off bloodbin, and our big guy, alex, nearly got into a fight with their big guy (I call him pork fry). There was name calling and shoving and chesting up to each other. I'm sure the benches would have cleared as soon as the first punch was thrown, but we had connie at the game, and she would have punched on like mike tyson I bet!

After basketball I stopped by my old house and my brother's girlfriend was there with my mum. Weirdness for her I bet, so we stayed and kept her company til dee came home from band practice. She seems nice, I hope he doesn't leave her alone with mum again :D

Friday
After an interesting lunch time shopping adventure with Dave T, I scooted home speedy from work and packed the car. Chenny, myself and connie were all pretty stoked to be going to the snow for the weekend, but laziness was a big wo to us, and we didn't get away until about 7pm. We drove right through to cooma (about 4 hours worth) where we got some petrol at rediculously high prices, and paid a visit to some shops selling second rate snow goods. Another uneventful hours drive to jindy followed, and we were there. Finding the place was a little more difficult. We saw a bunch of kangaroos hopping around the roadside down one wrong turn, and further on a rabbit that I was pretending to try and run over. It was totally never going to happen with its sharp reflexes and superior agility. A phone call later and we'd found the place. Crashed out quickly on the floor and set alarms for 6am :|

Saturday
Epic perisher blue powder day! At times I was in knee deep snow, weaving smoothly through the trees having a ball. I did a lot of snowboarding with connie. No boarding pictures because it was snowing all day. Putting on chains was pretty finger numbingly painful, but better than not having any snow.

The day was completed with a generous serving of hot, overpriced donuts from the donut guy, and we headed back to jindabyne for food and shopping. Connie picked up some new boots and bindings, while engaging in some general tomfoolery. We ate dinner at marios mineshaft which gets progressively more expernsive and less good every year, but at least the calzone is still massive. We had fun anyways, chewing on food while australia pwned england in the rugby.

We got back to the accommodation and the place was dead. Everyone crashed out asleep. It was only 9pm but there was nothing to do so we went to sleep too.

Sunday
Chenny's cousin sold us his thred-woe lift passes for $50 because they were going home early. We jumped at the chance and gleefully drove up to thredbo. Connie had to get some guy to put on her bindings because they used some weird allen key system, so we were a little slow getting out on the slopes. It was a nice day, connie was having fun on the supertrail and absolutely loving her new equipment. Fun was had by all.

When we got back to jindabyne after the day on the snow we had to drop off the tyre chains. At the garage was some more dubious snowboarding equipment and on closer inspection we found it to be VERY dubious snowboarding equipment. All jokes aside I think everyone's stuff went really well, and we all had a lot of fun. I drove all the way home, because I was feeling OK. I was dead by the end of the trip though, and crashed out asleep rather quickly.
